Our firm was born in the early 1970's. We were founded by the late Gaylon Dunaway. His desire to have a simpler life, outside of the corporate world, led him to the community of Winne Texas. There were several business and associates here that had the need for a CPA, so he took that leap.  We are proud to say that those initial businesses are still clients to this very day. They may be children or successors, but still clients of our firm. In 1992 Chris Willis approached Gaylon with the need to work under a CPA in order to obtain the necessary hours to become licensed. Gaylon accepted and the relationship began.  Gaylon and Chris' family ties went back to the early 1900's in Houston TX. So their families were close. Their relationship grew over the years and in 1997, Gaylon offered a partnership. Chris acknowledges that it was one of the best decisions of his life.

I believe that we are in a new era of accounting and CPA services. With new software and technology, the days of green columnar pads and adding machines are over. We pride ourselves in being technologically forward thinkers. We are evolving into a firm of consultants. The modern world of business entails so much more than just the raw numbers.
